New features and bug fixes - November 2006

We get a lot of feedback from you and try to respond as quickly as we can. Here are some more features we launched and bugs we fixed.

• Advanced Search - Search by location, language, domain or date the page was modified. Advanced searches are also eligible to win prizes.


• Delete Friends - When you view your friends, you can now delete a friend if you want. Keep in mind that when you delete a friend, you will no longer win prizes with that friend.


• Visited links change color - Search on Winzy and then click on a search result. When you go back to your search result, the link you clicked on should have changed colors. Disclaimer: Some search results you click on will not change colors - this is a known issue which affects many search engines including Winzy.


• Recent Winners - Previously, we didn’t show you on the winners list unless we knew your Name and Location. Now, if we don’t know your Name and Location, we’ll show your Winzy ID instead.
