Not even a simple email. Some users got word from &quot;Winzy&quot; through the question and answer part of the site (similar to Yahoo Answers), where a couple of users who claimed to work for Winzy went on and talked down to people who criticized Winzy.<BR/><BR/>Also, looking at their website traffic, it has only gone downhill in the past couple of months. This is a great example of what poor customer service could do to a company. Again, there was no reason given, and all emails ignored. The special offers dropped out immediately. And so too did a lot of the Winzy fan base. <BR/><BR/>Finally, Winzy has listened and is trying to give out Amazon codes now -- although MONTHS late - to a lucky few. Unfortunately, they STILL do not answer customer service emails (unbelievable business model -- why even have that email feature then?).<BR/><BR/>And Winzy is STILL censoring answers. If you say anything bad about them (although entirely true) in an answer box, they delete it. Also, they have cancelled the accounts of anyone who complains -- so those people will never get their prizes. A real shame -- because those people who stood up for all of our rights and got Winzy to finally pay out prizes deserve the prizes most of all. <BR/><BR/>This site is the poorest excuse for an American company out there. Why are other search and win sites able to deliver Amazon codes to you within days of winning?<BR/><BR/>This week we were made aware of special OFFERS on Winzy's top menu bar -- with guaranteed chances to "win" if you signed up for them. These offers were from honored brands such as Disney, Netflix and Discover Card. Less than a week later, these offers are now gone. These firms pulled out because they learned that Winzy is a scam.<BR/><BR/>Now that these valued brands jumped ship, Winzy is left with finding new partners with far worse reputations.<BR/><BR/>And there is further proof of Winzy's scam nature -- and it's easy to see how you may have missed this information.<BR/><BR/>In the past, when you signed up for an account here on Winzy, you just had to go thru a simple registration process to input your name, address, phone number, etc.<BR/><BR/>Now the registration process for new accounts is handled by a third party advertising company, Smiley Media. This firm now puts you through a laborious registration process that tries to make you sign up for OTHER scam deals utilizing your cell phone number.
