A customer is someone who uses a service from a company or individual. Since Winzy is offering a service (and is getting paid for it), we are their customers. Without us, they would go out of business.

looks like some of you guys are sore you didn't win anything. i won an ipod off winzy, completely out of the blue, it was with me a few days after i emailed back to accept it.

how's that poor service? i think it's not. notice how i didn't say customer there? that's right. some of you may also want to look up on what a customer actually is

I don't even search here anymore. I had over 1 1/2 million points in this drawing, I thought I might have had a chance to win something. I'd rather search where I can actually receive my prizes and I earn enough for a prize EVERY month.

They may FINALLY be awarding prizes after months of ignoring us. But it's too little, too late.

This site has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are truly vicious people who only care about themselves and not their users. How can you explain a company that totally IGNORES their users? Yes, you are being USED if you "play" on Winzy. They dont care about you at all.

Good riddance, Winzy. Can't wait for the day you go out of business.

Winzy has been very shady lately.

They had some of their "offer" partners back away from them, and they switch things around without letting their users know about it. Not even a simple email. Some users got word from "Winzy" through the question and answer part of the site (similar to Yahoo Answers), where a couple of users who claimed to work for Winzy went on and talked down to people who criticized Winzy.

Also, looking at their website traffic, it has only gone downhill in the past couple of months. This is a great example of what poor customer service could do to a company. Good riddance.

Finally, there were a couple of months where even if you randomly "won" a giftcard, it wasn't sent to you. Again, there was no reason given, and all emails ignored. It does go to mention that this seems to have been fixed, however.

Try a better search and win site that doesn't have so many problems and actually gives you giftcards in a timely manner.
